Q -- PROVIDE LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES AT FORT KNOX, KENTUCKY SOL DABT23-97-R-0029 DUE 052897 POC Contract Specialist Nelson Kerr (502) 624-4947 FAX (502) 624-5869 (Site Code DABT23) Contractor shall provide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Ireland Army Community Hospital (IACH) at Fort Knox, Kentucky during the period 2 June 1997 through 16 August 1997. Ten LPN's are required as follows: OB- GYN/Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum Ward -- 2 each; Medical/Surgical Ward -- 2 each; Recovery Room/Post Anesthesia Care Unit -- 1 each; Emergency Room -- 2 each; Surgical Clinic -- 1 each; and Reception Medical Processing Clinic -- 2 each. Contractor shall provide LPN's with a minimum of one year experience during the previous three years in areas which demonstrate skills needed for the designated areas where work is to be performed at IACH and that meet the additional criteria specified in the solicitation.
