Provide engineering services in support of shipboard and shore applications of navigation, and other systems and equipment, for all United States Navy and United States supported foreign military ships. The services include: 1) Design, analysis, construction, test and evaluation of breadboards, wire wrap mockups, and prototypes; 2) Documentation, development, installation, test, certification, and evaluation of prototypes, equipment, engineering changes, field changes, and systems; 3) Technical field support of installed equipment and systems; 4) Engineering and logistic support; and, 5) Training support. Tasks may require work on the following systems and equipment: 1) Speed Log Systems, including, Electronic Log Systems, Rodmeters, Rodmeter Selector Switches, Remote Speed Control Units, Digital Electromagnetic Log, and Doppler Velocity Log; 2) Navigation systems test equipment, including, Electromagnetic Log Voltage Simulators, Synchro Signal Converter Tester/Director, Standard Electronic Module TestSet, Navigation Systems Stimulator, Huntron 5100ds, and Angle Position Indicators (API); and 3) Navigation systems and equipment, including, Ship's Inertial Navigation Systems (INS, SINS, CVNS, etc.), AN/WSN-1, AN/WSN-2, AN/WSN2A, AN/WSN-3, AN/WSN-5, AN/WSN-7, AN/WSN-XX, TS-XX/YY, OL-405 Data Terminal Group, Dead Reckoning Tracers, Analyzers, and Analyzer Indicators, Integrated Navigation and Tactical Plotting Systems, Universal Tactical Plotter, Navigation Sensor System Interface (NAVSSI), Plotting Systems, and Aircraft Inertial Alignment Systems (AIAS, SNAIAS, etc.). A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), service type contract, with delivery orders, will be awarded. Award will be evaluated on a price and technical evaluation basis. The subject acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns.
