SOL DAJN21-97-R-0022 DUE 071197 POC Contract Specialist DUANE MUNDY (507)285-3026 Contracting Officer BILLY LEMLEY (507)285-3034 (Site Code DAJN21) The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, equipment, services, and transportation required to perform maintenance, repair and construction activities, support troop and DOD dependents Repair Utilities Team (R&U Team) and self-help activities, and provide support to Military Unit projects, exercises and function in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the contract. Maintenance and repair activities include preventive maintenance as well as emergency, one day and routine repairs to buildings, structures and other facilities. Support to R&U Team & Self -help include issuing of construction materials to troop and DOD dependents repair and utilities self-help activities. The Contractor will be required to perform maintenance, repair, demolition, construction and alterations work on all real property facilities in Atlantic and Pacific areas. The contractor is advised that the Government will retain indefinitely some categories of work, and will have in place several other contracts, concurrent with this contract for several categories of work.
