Jordan, Contract Specialist, (304) 535-6236 The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for photography of National Park Service exhibit installations. The Contractor shall provide professional services, equipment, supplemental lighting, and materials to photograph recently installation exhibits. The imagery shall be captured on 4" x 5" color negative stock and on 35mm color transparency stock. Color photographic prints of various sizes shall be produced from the color negatives, however size 10" x 10" prints mo st often will be called for to maintain consistency with the existing NPS collection of exhibit photographs. The images shall include a variety of overviews, mid-range and detailed views, and shall provide comprehensive coverage of the subject. -- -- The Government anticipates award of two Indefinite Quantity Fixed-Price Contracts. These contracts will be for a one year period with one twelve month option to extend the period of performance. Each contract will contain a minimum workload guarantee of one (1) photography assignment.
