Add the following notes to subject quote "Delete any stated or suggested requirement to clean or pressure wash surfaces of barracks 314 that are not expressly identified for painting. Pressure washing and prep will be required only for those surfaces to be painted". Balance of quote remains unchanged. 2. Note: All offers over $100,000 must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for 20% of the bid price. The following clause is added and applies: FAR5252.228-9302, BID GUARANTEE (ALTERNATE) (JAN 1996) to assure the execution of the contract and the performance and payment bonds, each bidder/offeror shall submit with its bid/offer a guarantee bond (Standard Form 24) executed by a surety company holding a certificate of authority from the Secretary of the Treasury as an acceptable surety, or other security as provided in FAR Clause 52.228-1, "Bid Guarantee".
