Fairchild AFB, WA is requesting information on commercial practices for providing Housing Maintenance (service Calls, Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM), recurring interior and exterior maintenance, and cleaning of vacated housing units). Firms with knowledge of this service are invited to provide specifications, statements of work, or other material indicating their commercial practices. We are also interested in receiving terms and conditions customarily used in contracts for this service. Depending on the information received in response to this RFI, the government may acquire this service under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items.
