The General Organization for Greater Cairo Water Supply (GOGCWS), in the Arab Republic of Egypt, requests bids from U.S. firms who can qualify through experience in providing similar equipment to the required pickup trucks. The required trucks consists of thirteen (13) four cylinder approximately 2.3 liter leaded gasoline engine pickup trucks with manual transmission and 7-foot pickup bed to be furnished and delivered to CIP Destination Alexandria, Arab Republic of Egypt. Bidder must have representation for supply of spare parts and service in the Arab Republic of Egypt and must bid on all of the items specified. Bid security in the amount of three percent of the total amount bid must accompany the bid. A Fixed Price Host Country Contract with GOGCWS is anticipated. Payment will be made in U.S. Dollars by USAID/Cairo through a direct Letter of Commitment under USAID Grant No. 263-1093.
