Miskelly This procurement provides for Navy Tactical Missile System (NTACMS) and Tomahawk Land Attack Missile (TLAM) Support. The services required are to support the successful integration of the NTACMS short range ballastic missile into surface and submarine combatants and involve the application of SSP management/technical disciplines in the development/installation/fleet support of NTACMS. SSP intends to negotiate this requirement as a modification to existing contract N00030-97-C-0023 on a sole source basis with Vitro Corporation, Silver Spring, MD, the only known source having specialized experience in all required areas and will include an option provision to increase the level of effort up to 30%.
