Evaluation of current ADPE System in preparation for upgrade to WINDOWS NT, and training of 302AW employees to meet upgrade requirements. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8243 -- $3.5M. Offerors will be required to (001) Evaluate current ADPE resources, suggest hardware upgrades to support NT Conversion, provide an Executive presentation for the Commander, and provide technical support; (002) Standby during NT Conversion, and tailor training of the new HQ AFRC network and mail systems; (003) Design training classes to accommodate 96 employees-12 at a time- with classes consistent with the needs of the unit and capabilities of the NT system, and modules to consist of 1/2 day NT LAN and 1/2 day E-mail; (004) Provide MATE education consisting of Mirco-Soft courses 578, 803, 687, 689, 688, and 771 for three employees. INTERESTED PARTIES must have a Micro-Soft Authorized Technical Eduation Training Center. Must have the ability to provide Certification testing for the Micro-Soft AuthorizedTechnical Education. Must have the ability to custom tailor training. The ability to provide local continuing support, free unlimited and lifetime phone support, and E-mail dialogue. The ability to offer consultations on support questions and provide refresher training by instructors that are Micro-Soft Certified and employed by the offeror.
