This consists of support in the following areas: (1) software and systems; (2) network and communications; (3) computer hardware; and (4) maintenance, architectural, engineering, administration, security and management services. This support will be procured through a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level-of-Effort, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract. The estimated annual level of effort is 175,000 labor hour, plus maintenance. The contractor must possess a Top Secret facility clearance prior to contract award. In addition, security clearance requirements exist for all personnel. The period of performance includes a base year, plus four one-year options, as well as an option to extend services for an additional six months.
