Disposal must comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and the terms and conditions of the contract. Successful offeror shall also provide all services, including additional required waste analysis, labpacking or overpacking, treatment, transportation and disposal. As projects are identified, delivery orders will be issued. The contract will be for a basic year with three option years. Performance period of the base year is tentatively scheduled for 01 Jul 1997 and ending 30 Jun 1998. A solicitation will be issued on or about 20 May 1997. No telephone requests will be accepted.
