The Contractor must comply with all State, Federal and Local standards (including OSHA, CAL OSHA, ANSI/AWWA and NIOSH regulations and standards) that govern the requirements of this contract. 2. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. The place of performance is Vandenberg AFB, California. DOL Wage Determination No. 94-2063 shall apply. 3. This is a 100% small business set aside. Note 1 applies. The small business size standard is $5.0 M. Standard Industrial Code is 7699 -- Repair Shops and Related Services, NEC. 4.
