The work includes all labor management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to obtain pumping, hauling, and disposal of septic tank and holding privy contents and pumping, hauling, and discharge of sludge from water treatment plant holding tanks at Marine Coprs Base(MCB), Quantico, Virginia by means of a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract, with base year and the possibility of four (4) option years. The projected date of availability of the solicitation is 21 May 1997. The projected bid opening date is 23 June 1997.
