The work includes the replacement of the existing built-up roof, renovation of three bathrooms, boiler rooms and loading dock lighting, sealing of masonry cracks, installation of a fire escape ladder and intrusion detection system on the two doors and the window at the fire escape ladder, the conversion of the walk-in refrigerant system to a non-ozone depletion substance, and the replacement of existing 2nd floor office carpet, removal of asbestos pipe insulation and vinyl asbestos tile in areas to be renovated and incidental related work. Plans and specifications will be available at a non-refundable charge of $30.00 on a first-come, first-serve basis until supplies are exhausted.
