Work includes but is not limited to: Raise and cap two sprinkler heads. Provide necessary smoke detectors above and below the ceiling in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association. Tie detectors into existing fire alarm panel. Raise existing ceiling grid above two existing A/C units and install new ceiling tiles. Remove all existing outlets. Add 25 outlets to handle 225 AMPS. Add five 1' x 4' flurorescent lights. Install four panic buttons for each of the 220V services and a fifth button for all four 220V outlets. Vertically extend west wall. All walls shall have a one hour fire rating. Install a computer raised floor six inches above existing floor. New flooring shall have an access ramp and railing. Flooring shall be in accordance with NFPA code for rating. Flooring shall be grounded. Existing vents shall be raised and caped. All walls shall be painted white. Room shall be handicap accessible. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. The applicable small business size standard for interested small business concerns including their affiliates is not more than $7 million in average annual receipts for the preceding three years. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1752. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing.
