The work consists of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and supervision to: remove and dispose of two layers of asphaltic roof shingles, valley flashing, and asbestos containing underlayment down to exposed decking. Remove and dispose of 100SF existing of deteriorated roof decking. Assume wood to have lead based paint on interior side. Install new roof decking, new felt underlayment, new perimeter and valley flashing, and new glass fiber roof shingles, including tying into the existing EPDM flat roof areas. Contractor shall recycle all metals removed from the roof. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Only written request for solicitation packages will be accepted.
