Synopsis 97-07: The work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove all existing unreinforced masonry and replacement with reinforced masonry. Additional related work will include the removal of asbestos containing materials; removal of lead base paint; removal of HVAC equipment; removal of existing restroom facilities; removal of electrical light fixtures and power receptacles; removal of roofing and replacement with new asphalt shingle and built up roofing; the placement of new concrete foundations at new masonry walls; removal and replacement of existing doors and window and incidental related work at the Naval Warfare Assessment Division, Corona, CA by means of a firm fixed price type contract.
