A current, estimaed LAP cost established by the Government will be utilized for this planning exercise. NEW: In addition to the quantities identified for FY98, requirements planned for three consecutive years will be identified as options in the information letter. The information letter and technical data via CD ROM will be issued O/A 15 May 97; quotes for planning purposes will be required 60 days from issue of the informational letter. Following review of this information, if the Government decides to continue this concept, a formal solicitation for firm prices/deliveries would be issued. (0125)
