This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The U.S. Coast Guard ELC has a requirement for replacement cabins for the 41 Ft. Utility Boat. The cabin shall be constructed of Glass Reinforced Plastic with high density foam core and an interior and exterior of white pigmented gel coast as specified in accordance with Coast Guard Specification No. 025-P-151-73 dated 3/91, revised 12/96. Cabins shall be in accordance with the following Specifications as delineated in the specification, DOD-D-1000B, MIL-Y-1140H, MIL-R-7575, MIL-P-17549D, MIL-C-19663D, MIL-R-21607E, MIL-M-43248C, FED-STD-595b, and U.S. Coast Guard Drawing. The Coast Guard intends to award a requirements type contract for a base year and four option years. Estimated quantity per year is 8 each. Delivery to be 60 calendar days after approval of First Article testing. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
