Furnish and install all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials required to complete the supply, delivery, and installation of seven (7) complete wired duplex switchboard sections at Southwestern Power Administration's Paragould, Arkansas and Idalia, Missouri substations as required by the specifications and drawings provided in the solicitation. Removal of existing switchboard sections prior to installation of new duplex switchboards are required at both substations. Several modifications to existing duplex switchboard panels are required during the installation at the Idalia substation. The completion date is May 18, 1998. The solicitation package will be furnished only upon written request. Written requests may be sent by facsimile to FAX No. (918) 595-6656. The solicitation excluding drawings will be available on a compact disc in an Adobe Aerobat format. There is no charge for the compact disc. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 is required for a hard copy of the solicitation and 18 x 24 size drawings. Checks shall be made payable to "Southwestern Power Administration." This proposed acquisition contains a Small Business Set-Aside provision. Southwestern does not intend to acquire the proposed acquisition as a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Notes 12 and 26.
