C -- MONITOR WELL INSTALLATION RFP# 273 SOL RFP# 273 DUE 051497 POC Barbara Robinson 510/251-2888 ext. 3440 CH2M HILL is looking for interested Contractors to provide proposals for drilling services for an EPA funded Remedial Investigation at the Tucson International Airport Area Superfund Site. The work includes drilling, installing, and developing at least four groundwater monitoring wells and two combination groundwater/soil-gas monitoring wells. Acceptable drilling techniques will include air rotary with casing advancement, dual-wall percussion hammer, and roto-sonic drilling. Work is now expected to start in late June, early July 1997. Only drilling contractors with at least 5 years experience in multi-port soil-gas well installation will be considered. Requests will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard time on 5/14/97.
