THAILAND: TIS 880-2532(1989) STANDARD FOR FLOAT GLASS The following notification is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. G/TBT/Notif.97.171. 1. Member to Agreement notifying: THAILAND. Description of content: Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) is proposing to enforce TIS 880-2532(1989) as a mandatory standard. The standard covers two types of float glass, i.e. transparent and frosted. The products are required to meet the specified requirements, i.e. sizes (width, length, thickness) and tolerances, permissible defects (e.g. air bubble, inclusion, seam and texture non-uniformity, hairline, crazing, waving, warpage, etc.) packaging and labelling, sampling and criteria for conformity and testing. 7.
