On Friday, 6 Jun 97 from 0800-1200, the 45th Space Wing, host organization for Patrick Air Force Base and Cape Canaveral Air Station, and NASA Kennedy Space Center will conduct a conference designed to tell business and industrial representatives the types of supplies and services they purchase. Large business contractors supporting these organizations will also discuss their purchasing programs and provide information on how to market their companies. A workshop on the Basics of Doing Business with the Department of Defense and NASA will be conducted for contractors not familiar with doing business with the federal government from 1100-1200. This event is sponsored jointly by Patrick Air Force Base, Kennedy Space Center, the Small Business and Industry Council of the Cocoa Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, and Brevard Community College's Small Business Development Center.
