The estimated quantity of room days will be established in the solicitation. The lodging facility shall be located within a one-half mile radius of the Waikiki Trade Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. A map of the exact location requirements will be provided in the solicitation. The minimum size of each room is 500 square feet. The period of performance includes a base year of twelve (12) months, from 04 August 1997 through 31 July 1998, and two (2) 12-month option periods. This requirement is unrestricted, and will be solicited using commercial procedures in accordance with FAR part 12.
