The Government intends to acquire on a sole-source basis through Scheduled Airlines Traffic Offices (SATO), 1005 North Glebe Road, Arlington VA 22201 to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform interim management and operation of the commercial travel offices located at Randolph AFB, TX, Brooks AFB, TX, Lackland AFB, TX, Goodfellow AFB, TX, Laughlin AFB, TX,and Kelly AFB, TX. Since the Government is in the process of procuring Commercial Travel Office (CTO) services under solicitation F41691-96-R0017, the performance period for CTO services subject to this CBD announcement will be 1 Aug 97 through 31 Jan 98 plus six (6) one month options. The purpose of this extension of services is to allow the government sufficient time to receive and evaluate offers, award a contract, and allow for an approximate 90 day phase in period on a CTO follow-on contract (solicitation F41691-96-R0017). The government does not intend to award a contract to other than SATO for this six (6) month extension.
