Contractor shall apply Value Engineering for Tilt-Up or concrete block structure with metal pan roof; exterior finish shall match existing surrounding buildings. Contractor shall provide complete design approved structure which shall include mechanical/electrical room and connecting corridor to entrance of Bldg. 7, pool deck area, observation area between pools, all electrical, mechanical, piping/draingage system and HVAC system required to support the pool complex and its surrounding buildings. Plans etc. are limited to the first 15 requestors. The above mentioned project is extremely critical, therefore, VA Palo Alto Health Care System has established a bid due date of JUNE 2, 1997 NO exceptions.
