Waterways Experiment Station is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for the renovation, maintenance, repair, and construction of real property at Government installations and sites within Warren County, Mississippi. The basic contract will be in effect for a period of one (1) year, with options for four (4) additional years. The total quantity of work to be required is indefinite but shall not exceed $3,000,000 for each year. Experience indicates approximately $1 million annually in actual quantity. The guaranteed minimum amount per year is $150,000. The Government intends to release solicitation number DACW39-97-R-0035 on or about May 19, 1997 on the internet. Printed specifications will not be available. Also, the Government reserves the right to use only the internet as notification of any amendments to this solicitation. It is, therefore, the contractor's responsibility to view the website frequently.
