All tests, permits, certifications and similar requirements shall be the responsibility of the contractor. General work includes installation of direct digital temperature control system, reheat system including heat exchangers piping system, and reheat coils, and ductwork modifications. Work includes associated cutting and patching, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other minor restoration. Work also includes demolition and removal of existing controls as required by the drawings and specifications. Cost range is $250,000 to $500,000.
