Z -- FULL BATH UPGRADE IN FAMILY HOUSING UNITS SOL F39601-97-B0010 DUE 062497 POC Lt. Huff 605-385-1750(fax 1759) Furnish all labor and materials to upgrade the bathrooms in multiple housing units at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Work consists of removal of wall and floor tile, replacement of gypsum board, new flooring, replacement of bathroom fixtures with associated mechanical and electrical, plus new cabinets and fans. The magnitude of the project is between $1 and $5 million. The performance time is 360 calendar days. This solicitation is open to both large and small business. The solicitation is expected to be available by 22 May 97.
