Requests for copies of this solicitation should include your commercial and government entity (CAGE, a CAGE code has been assigned to you) along with your name, address, data fax number, and solicitation number. All IOC solicitations are available for viewing/downloading, in addition to procurement history, via the AAIS. The AAIS is accessible electronically 24 hours a day via modem at (309)782-7648. To ensure safe operations of the APG Neutralization-Based Technical Chemical Demilitarization Facility (ABCDF), where the destruction of HD Mustard is to take place; the program manager for Chemical Demilizarization intends to obtain a System Contractor to perform the following: (1) complete the design of the demilitarization process and facility; (2) construct the facility; (3) acquire and install equipment, and install Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE); (4) systemize the facility and train the personnel to assure proper operations; (5) dispose of the chemical agent stored in one ton containers through neutralization and biodegredation; and (6) close the facility when operations are complete.
