In accordance with FAR 6.302, the VA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Kay Elemetrics Corporation, 2 Bridgewater Lane, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035-l488. Offerors may submit information on comparable products. Comparable products will only be considered if clear and concise documentation is furnished. No solicitation document exists, therefore, requests for documents will be considered invalid responses.
