All (IDIQ) delivery orders will be placed by the contracting office and will include the quantity of the desired CLIN, the address for delivery, and place for hole excavation. II. DELIVERY SCHEDULE 3. As a minimum, contractor shall deliver trees, shrubs, trunk/bark guards, and bags of peat moss weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. 4. Contractor shall not deliver trees prior to holes being dug. III. INVOICING 5. Contractor shall have FAX capability. 6. Contractor shall invoice monthly for number of trees, shrubs trunk/bark guards, and bags of peat moss issued.
