Graham, Philip_A._Graham@hud.gov.. 100% Small Business set-aside: HUD requires the services of a contractor to collect basic data on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects placed in service in the years 1995 through 1999. A previous LIHTC data collection gathered similar data for the years 1987-1994. The contractor would be required to update the LIHTC database to aid analysis of LIHTC projects and serve as a sampling frame for further research by HUD and others. The contract will have a base period of one year. In addition, HUD will have the option to extend the period for three additional years. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 22, 1997. Offerors may submit a written request for a copy of the solicitation and may download a copy of the solicitation from HUD's Internet Home Page. HUD posts all required notices of its contracting opportunities on its Internet Home Page at http://www.hud.gov/cts/ctsoprty.html.
