B -- LOCAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LTAP) PRODUCTS SOL DTFH61-97-R-00037 POC Ms. Carmen Chireix (202)366-0424 The objectives of this requirement are to develop products specified under the the following tasks: Task 1) A Videotape and Informational Brochure on How Technology Transfer Can Benefit a Local Transportation Agency; Task 2) Interactive Compact Disc Training Modules on Use of Traffic Control Devices in Short-term/Moving Maintenance Work Zones; 3) Interactive Compact Disc Training Modules on Inspection and Maintenance of Open and Closed Drainage Systems and Identification, Diagnosis, and Correction of Road Drainage Problems. Each Task will require expertise of individuals knowledgeable in the topic area of the product to be developed under that task, the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) Centers and their clients they serve, and evidence of successful interactions with local transportation agencies. This one solicitation contains three distinct areas, each listed as a separate task. FHWA reserves the right to make multiple awards for task completions to one, several, or all offerors.
