Pre-Solicitation Notice for Indefinite Delivery Architect/Engineer Services for the Air National Guard Base, Lincoln, Nebraska. Work may include site investigation, studies, master planning, design, and supervision of construction. Possible projects identified to date include design of: New Roof for Supply/Comm building; Sewage Lift Station; Repair of Base Supply Loading Dock; Landscape Master Plan; Update Base Master Plan; Removal of Existing Water Tower and replace with new Above Ground Fire Suppression Water Storage; and, Erosion Control Measures at East Entry. Other possible uses of this contract include: Contaminated Soil Remediation/Disposal; Surveying Support and other miscellaneous projects. Project will be for one year from date of award, and may include options to extend for additional years. The total maximum fee will not exceed $400,000, and no single project will exceed $75,000.
