All work will be perforemd at contractor's facility during the period of 01 Sept 1997 and ending 10 Oct 1997. Work items for the CGC BAYBERRY to include; production chart, underwater body inspection, underwater body preservation, sea valve and waster piece overhaul, freeboad preservation, superstructure preservation, cargo hoisting padeye testing, buoy deck preservation, rudder and rudder stock maintenance, sewage tank cleaning and inspection, hull plating renewal, fuel oil piping system modification. BARGE work items to include; drydocking and hauling, underwater body inspection, underwater body preservation (partial), cargo hoist gear (hydraulic) overhaul and test, cargo hoisting padeye testing, buoy deck preservation, pusher knee guide inspection, freeboard preservation. The solicitation is issued in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. All responsive sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency.
