Problem areas include alcohol and other drug abuse, marital or family distress, financial difficulties and mental or emotional illness. Services must be available on a 24-hour daily basis and contractor facility must be located within a 30 mile traveling distance from the VA. Vendor must supply brochures, posters and other materials as designated to maintain monthly updates. This service is being procured using the Commercial Item guidelines (FAR Part 12). Contract to be for the period of October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 with options to renew for two additional 12-month periods. Bid documents available on or about May 28, 1997.
