SOURCES SOUGHT -- Under OMB Circular A-76, we are determining the availability of commercial services for non-personal services to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and all other items necessary to develop and provide Quality Assurance Evaluator training and training support services for Peterson AFB CO and associated units. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 8999 -- $5M. Offerors will be required to submit technical and cost proposals for evaluation purposes. The Government contemplates the award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. Offerors shall submit capability statements to cover the following key areas: A. Management: Personnel and organizational staff experience, project management experience, purchasing pricesses (type of accounting system to track costs), and experience in performing same or similar functions under Ferderal Government contracts. B. Technical: Similar work performed under Governmentor Commercial contract,to include: experience and background in developing instruction programs, actual instruction of those programs, and training support services. Also include a self-assessment of your performance regarding the above experience. C. Past Performance: Current and past clients, with contract type and contract value. Past performance should include only those contracts performed within the past five (5) years. D. Other Considerations: The Government anticipates and encourages the establishment of joint ventures, teaming arrangements, and subcontracting arragements. E. Business Size Status (large, small, SDB/8a, woman-owned). Your submission must be received by close of business 6 June 1997.
