This procurement is a competitive 8(a) and is restricted to Region IV, SBA Atlanta. The work shall include removal and disposal of asbestos containing material (ACM) as identified on individual delivery orders, and incidental related work. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other services required to perform the work as directed. Quantities of work shall be assigned by the Contracting Officer on a delivery order basis. The Government makes no commitment nor promise as to the exact number of facilities that may require work or quantities of work. The right to vary the number of units or quantities indicated in the Schedule of Indefinite Quantity Work is reserved by the Government. The quantities indicated in the Schedule of Indefinite Quantity Work are for bidding purposes to ensure fair and equitable prices for items awarded under this contract. The primary work locations will be on Government facilities in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. The exact location will be indicated by the Contracting Officer on each delivery order. The contract will be for one year with two one-year options. The minimum guarantee for work ordered under this contract is $100,000.
