The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for the construction of an addition to Building 123, incorporating standard building construction materials, and shall also include electrical, HVAC, and incidental related work. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1542. The related Small Business Size Standards is $17.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
