This solicitation will be issued unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFARS 252.219-7003 entitled "Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns". Estimated cost range: $250,000 to $500,000. The applicable SIC and size standard is 1711 Plumbing Heating (except electric) and Air Conditioning.
