Williams (404) 464-4143 (Site Code DAKF11) The Forces Command, Army Atlanta Contracting Center, Fort McPherson, Georgia proposes to modify contract number DAKF11-95-C-0005, to extend the current lease of approximately 10,800 square feet of modular relocatable buildings for up to an eighteen (18) month period from 01 July 1997 thru 30 June 1998, with two three month options thru 31 December 1998. The contract modification will be with the current contractor, GE Capital Modular Space, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This modification is required to continue current performance pending the completion of the permanent facility under construction. The proposed modification is for supplies and services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.203-1.
