The purchased items are the second part of a three phase effort to provide an integrated data, audio-video transmission system for fourteen rooms in several different building areas. The components must be installed and integrated with existing equipment and portions of the hardware must be custom made to fit the space requirements. Baker Audio Telecom will supply the audio-visual components of the complete system. All requests for this solicitaion must be in writing. Responses must state that the vendor is not currently on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended and Ineligible Contractors or otherwise ineligible to receive Government contracts.
