Ware, 618-256-9590 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Procurement Branch (DTS42) intends to issue a sole source contract to Cincom Systems, Inc., 2300 Montanna Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45211 for the one time software upgrade of the following: PDM Buffer Cache, RDM/XA, Spectra Foundation, Supra PDM, Supra RDM, Supra Comp. Ref., Mantis 65+, Direct VSAM Support, Mantis HPO, Supra Package. All of the above software is proprietary to Cincom Systems, Inc..Requested delivery date for the software is 30 days after date of contract award. The period of performance for the maintenance is one year from receipt of the software. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFP document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 90-46 and DAC 91-11. Companies who can provide the above listed software products must respond by the closing date. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract.
