99 -- CONFERENCE SUPPORT/HOTEL LODGING SOL RFQ70084-NS DUE 052397 POC Patricia Haun, Contracting Officer, 301-496-8613 The National Cancer Institute proposes to issue and Request for Quotation within 15 days after the date of this publication for conference and lodging to support a Prostate Cancer Progress Review Group which will consist of approximately 200 scientists, clinicians, consumer advocates, and Government staff. The meeting is scheduled for June 29 -- July 1, 1997 in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Included in this support is: 1) overnight sleeping arrangements for 175-200 individuals for June 29th and 30th, 2) breakfast, lunch and dinner plus AM/PM breaks for the same days; 3) breakfast, lunch and AM break for July 1st, 4) a conference room to accommodate 200 for the evening for June 29th, all day June 30th and until 2:30PM July 1st; 5) 11 break out conference rooms to accommodate 18 individuals in each room all day on June 30th; 6) 11 break out conference room to accommodate 4 individuals in each room on June 30th; 7) in house audio/visual equipment; 8) acceptance of the government per diem rate of $166 per day for food and lodging for all participants; 9) complementary transportation to and from Dulles Airport; and 10) must be located within 30 miles of Dulless Airport and the NIH Campus.
