supportive of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA),
Office of Statistics, has a requirement for Data Collection Analysis.
A contractor is needed to serve as a collecting agent for jurisdictions
determined at the start of each collecting cycle; maintain and update
the existing software as developed; modify the existing software, as
needed, to interface with other data sources; develop materials and
deliver training to the collecting states and OSHA on the system
software; and assist the collecting states and OSHA in operating the
system and executing activities that are essential for the successful
completion of the data collecting. Request for the solicitation
document must cite RFP L/A 97-30 and must be postmarked within fifteen
(15) days of the publication date of this synopsis. Only written
request for copies of the solicitation will be honored. No telephone
requests will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation document may
