The scope of work includes emergency response labor, materials and equipment to contain, cleanup, and/or mitigate the harmful effects of oil and hazardous substance spills on or in water subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, as well as the bottom and adjoining shorelines of such waters, and inland areas. Work shall be performed in the Jacksonville area specifically at fueling facilities at Northside Navy Fuel Depot, Naval Station Mayport, and NAS Jacksonville. The agreement will be for a two year period. The Basic Ordering Agreement shall be reviewed annually before the effective date and revised as necessary.
