The performance period is 240 calendar days. In general, the work will consist of removal of existing asbestos containing metal siding and insulation including temporary removal of electrical devices, and the installation of new insulation and metal siding and mechanical ventilation louvers and dampers and reinstallation and connection of the electrical devices located on the exterior of building 8640. Estimated dollar range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid that shall be considered by the agency.
