The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1721. The related small business size standard is $7 million. THIS SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED; THEREFORE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM ALL QUALIFIED FIRMS. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 12 May 1997. There will be a non-refundable charge of $30.00 for plans and specifications.
