The floor will be slab on grade, with spread footings under columns. Construction of all concrete sidewalks surrounding the building. HVAC is provided through 3 split systems heat pump system. Furnish and install a 5th 20 ft wide bay connected onto pre-engineered building with slab on grade. Furnish and install two sets on fixed bleacher systems. Furnish and install a complete and in place processing line countertops, divider walls and storage closet. Provide complete and in place landscaping.
